Nachdem ich schon mit viel Freude in den Herbst- und Winterspaziergängen koloriert habe, war ich sehr auf dieses neue Malbuch von Rita Bermangespannt. Es ist vom Format etwas kleiner als die beiden Vorgänger, was mir aber durchaus gefällt.Die Motive sind wirklich frühlingshaft, einfach schön gezeichnet.Es gibt u.a. wunderbare österliche Motive und die typischen Frühlingsblumen wie z.B. Narzissen und Hyazinthen, einige Tiermotive (Vögel, Hasen, Mäuse, Schmetterlinge, Schafe etc.)Manche Motive sind doppelseitig gezeichnet, manche einseitigund das Papier hat für mich eine gute Qualität.Meiner Meinung nach wieder ein rundherum gelungenes Buch!

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wird man hier in den Frühling entführt. Rita Berman ist meine Göttin der Ausmalbücher! Das Buch ist 20cm x 20cm groß - für mich die perfekte Größe! Weder zu groß noch zu klein.Die Motive sind sehr detailreich, aber nicht mikroskopisch klein. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Motiven, von Landschaften über Blumen bis zu Tieren ist alles drin.Ein wirklich gelungenes Buch, so wie ihre anderen Jahreszeiten Bücher! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nach unserem Geschmack hat die Grafikerin Rita Berman wunderschöne Malbücher gezeichnet. Um Interessenten Appetit zu machen, zeigen wir drei Beispiele aus „Mein Frühlingsspaziergang“, und zwar jeweils Ritas Vorlage und was man mit einer Schachtel gut gespitzter Buntstifte und einem Radiergummi (sowohl zum Korrigieren als auch zum Pastellisieren der Farben) daraus machen kann. Vielleicht wecken diese Bilder Lust auf mehr. Wir können Rita Bermans kleine Kunstwerke auf jeden Fall wärmstens weiter empfehlen!

Das Buch ist Spitze. Angefangen habe ich mit dem eigentlich zweiten der Reihe Unter der Lupe (Natur) und war so begeistert, dass ich auch dieses hier noch bestellt habe. Durch das kleinere Buchformat ist es handlich und man braucht nicht ewig für ein Motiv. Sonst male ich gern in Büchern von Johanna Basford. Aber ich habe nicht immer Lust nach einem anstrengenden Tag, die fitzelig kleinen Details auszumalen. Diese Motive hier sind etwas grossflächiger, aber nicht viel. Es driftet also nicht in den Bereich Kindermalbuch ab. Die Motive sind allesamt richtig schön, was ich auch nicht von vielen Malbücher behaupten kann. Das Cover gibt einen guten ersten Eindruck. Das Papier ist weiss und etwas dicker, sehr gute Qualität. Das Cover ist ein echter Hingucker. Man muss das Buch einfach mal in der Hand gehalten haben. Wirklich super gemacht.

Nach Herbst und Winter nun der Frühling, noch viel schöner als die Vorgänger, wenn das überhaupt noch möglich ist.Tolle Serie, wunderschöne Bilder und auch die Grösse des Buches - etwas kleiner - finde ich gut, samt der Qualität des Papiers!!Ein MUSS für alle Fans des Ausmalens!!!!

Mein Frühlingsspaziergang ist ein wunderschönes Malbuch mit tollen Motiven, mal einfach , mal einseitig oder auch anspruchsvoller und auch doppelseitig. Ich habe mir dieses Malbuch gekauft nachdem mir eine Freundin ihr " Mein Herbstspaziergang" zum Ausmalen einiger Bilder überlassen hat. Nach Rückgabe dieses Buches war für mich klar, dass ich den Nachfolger, also Frühlingsspaziergang haben muss. Das Papier des Buches ist okay, nicht so dick wie die höherpreisigen Bücher. Ich habe aber mit Inktense Stiften darin gemalt , es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Das Buch ist sehr liebevoll und Detailreich. Wenn man in sich Ruht ist es perfekt um ein wenig abzuschalten. Allerdings können einen die vielen Details auch überfordern, weswegen ich es an einem Tag, an dem ich etwas gestresster bin nich nutzen würde, sondern eher auf etwas einfacheres zurückgreifen würde.Aber das ist ja auch alles Ansichtssache. Buch selber kam schnell an, die Papierstärke ist super und die Motive sehr hübsch.

Nach dem der Winterspaziergang so schöne Motive enthält habe ich den Frühlingsspaziergang gekauft. Schöne Motive welche nicht ins kitschige abgleiten. Die Papierqualität ist gut, mit Fineliner können auch doppeltgedruckte Seiten problemlos ausgemalt werden - Wasser- oder Aqarellfarben habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Über die Motivauswahl wurde in den vorherigen Rezesionen schon gesprochen.

While Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine made me laugh and was definitely touching, I have mixed feelings about it. Gail Honeyman came up with compelling characters that evoked a number of emotions in me, from empathy and sadness to frustration and sheer hatred, which speaks to the author’s writing ability. Undoubtedly, this book was beautifully crafted and some characters stayed with me long after I had finished it. What I found problematic was the genre-bending and what I took to be the message of the book. Alternating between fluff and trauma, it conjured up a feeling of perpetual doom. The ensuing fix for Eleanor’s plight, namely a relationship to cure it all, just didn’t ring true. I usually enjoy literature that is hard to pin down or categorize, but trauma is such a complex topic, that it is difficult to do it justice. Having said that, I believe that Eleanor is absolutely worth “meeting” and I would encourage readers to give the book a chance to form their own opinions about it.

If there's one thing to dislike about this book it's that it's over to soon. I don't want to spoil anything for you if you're looking for your next read, so let me just say that if you're looking to forget the world for a spell and dive into to a novel that will occupy your mind even when you're going about your day, this is the right pick. Eleanor is an amazing character and even though I feel that some areas of the timeline could have been explored even deeper, this is easily one of the best books I've read this year.Warning: early bed times and long commutes will seem like the right thing to do in order to make more time for reading.

I read Eleanor's story over two weeks of time and I have to say I completely fell in love with her character and the whole story. Eleanor's story covers a deeply twisted, tragic and psychological issue which only really reveals itself slowly during the story and at the very end of the book. I laughed out loud just as many times as I cried. The story really sucks you in and I deeply sympathized with the character Eleanor. Love! 5 stars!

Wonderful read - hilarious writing and also touching and real. Highly recommended.You think it's just a bridget jones comedy (though far more clever) and then the emotional story weaves in just perfectly.

I haven't really found my way into the story yet and unfortunately had to put the book down after a few pages.But since I've heard and read a lot good reviews of this book , I'll start reading another time. Sometimes a book just doesn't fit at the time and you have to try later.

I've now read the book three times (participant in book club). It has made me giggle in parts, sad in others, search the dictionary for explanations, identify with all characters (except perhaps the mother) ... I loved it.A wonderful writer

Tolles Malbuch für Erwachsene!Auch wenn ich lange Zeit skeptisch diesem Trend gegenüberstand, da ich früher leidenschaftlich gerne gemalt habe (ausgemalt, für Weiteres reicht das Talent definitiv nicht aus - machen wir uns nix vor ;-) ) und mir die Idee gefallen hat, durch das Malen vom Alltagsstress ein wenig runterzukommen habe ich mich dann doch dazu entschieden mir ein Malbuch zuzulegen.Habe mich für dieses entschieden auf Grund der schönen Motive, außerdem ist das Papier von hoher Qualität, sodass man mit verschiedensten Arten von Farben und Stiften darauf malen kann ohne automatisch die nächsten 10 Motive direkt mitcoloriert zu haben ;-)Die Tipps am Anfang sind nützlich und auch die Idee, die Bilder zu verschenken (von für..) gefällt mir gut.Am besten in Kombination mit Hörbuch!

Viele unterschiedliche schöne Motive von filigranem bis grobem Muster. die Seiten sind teilweise ganz ausgefüllt, teilweise mit viel Freiraum.Da finde ich bei paar Motiven, dass diese zugunsten größerer Ausmalfelder auf der Seite größer dargestellt. würden, also der viele freie Raum besser ausgenutzt würde. Es gibt viel florale Muster, aber auch einige Landschaften, Muster, Tiermotive, Menschliches u. a.. Teilweise Richtung Doodle, teilweise natürlich anmutend. Sie wirken auf mich tatsächlich sanft und ruhig, aber nicht langweilig. Die Strichdicke ist überwiegend ok. Nur bei wenigen etwas zuviel. Die Landschaften zum Beispiel finde ich zwar schön, aber auch zu stark vorgezeichnet,Das Papier ist gut, nur leicht glatt, also noch ein wenig rauh. Die Motive haben jedes eine eigene herausnehmbare Seite. Auch angenehm, weil man freier Malen kann. Das könnten ruhig viel mehr Bücher anbieten.Sympathisches Buch, gefällt mir insgesamt gut.

Das Papier ist tatsächlich sehr hochwertig und dick sodass es kein Problem ist etwas fester mit Bundstiften zu malen aber auch Filzstifte drücken nicht durch! Motive für jederman sind dabei und man kann die Blätter aus dem Buch entnehmen und beispielsweise als kleine Aufmerksamkeit verschenken. Tolle Sache zum Abschalten, einfach Buch auf, Stifte raus und los gehts.

Meine Omi hat den Wunsch geäußert, dass ein Malbuch genau das richtige für sie wäre. Ruhe und Entspannung.Daraufhin habe ich ihr dieses Malbuch geschenkt und es ist ein Volltreffer.Meine Omi ist begeistert. Sie kommt zur Ruhe, malt fleißig mit den mitgeschenkten Buntstiften. Jedes Blatt kann man heraustrennen und somit verschenken.Nun habe ich gedacht, dass sie schnell damit fertig ist. Alte Leute lassen sich jedoch Zeit und haben Geduld. Und es wird sich auch über jedes Meisterwerk gefreut.Die Zeichnungen sind von einfach bis kompliziert.Eine geniale Geschenk-Idee. Meine Empfehlung.

Ich habe schon öfters gehört das es "Malbücher für Erwachsene" gibt und wollte dies unbedingt probieren. Man könne wohl perfekt abschalten. Ich habe aus dieser Reihe gleich 3 Bücher bestellt und bin begeistert. Die Motive sind sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Wenn man sich einmal "eingemalt" hat, kann man hier wirklich sehr gut dabei entspannen und ein wenig abschalten. Außerdem kann man die Motive auch raustrennen um diese bspw. zu verschenken oder aufzuhängen. Ich male die Motive mit dicken & dünnen Finelinern aus und es drückt auch nichts durch. (Je nachdem wie oft man über eine Stelle malt und wie fest man aufdrückt).

Ich suchte eine Beschäftigung und fand nach einer Empfehlung einer Freundin dieses "Malbuch" Malbuch für Erwachsene: Komm zur Ruhe: Mit friedvollen Bildern vom Alltag entspannen . Mit diesen vielen und schönen Vorlagen konnte ich nun endlich runterkommen. Die fertigen Bilder finden teilweise sogar einen Platz im Bilderrahmen an einer Wand und wirken so noch nach.Mir hat dieses Buch sehr geholfen, vielen Dank.

Die Motive sind zum Teil sehr schön. Vor allem sind auch tolle Landschaftsbilder vorhanden, allerdings finde ich das Buch nicht so schön aufgebaut wie das Buch "Malen für Erwachsene: Happiness..." Hier gibt es keine schönen Sprüche, sondern auf der linken Seite steht immer "von... für..."Dieses Buch ist in Ordnung wenn man einfach nur etwas malen möchte. Wenn man aber auch noch einen schönen Spruch und fröhlichen Motive haben möchte, sollte man sich lieber für das andere entscheiden.Insgesamt sind die Bücher aber sehr schön aufgebaut und ich werde mir sicher noch das ein oder andere anschauen.

Schönes Buch zum ausmalen + entspannen!Wirklich sehr viel Blumen Motive. Ich dachte das vielleicht auch solche Motive dabei sind wie das auf dem Einband...Ein A4 Buch mit 60 Bildern zum ausmalen.

There's some very good writing in these stories. I loved the line, “What’s a murder among friends?” In this tale three boating buddies must decide who among them murdered the fourth friend, and whether he had an excusable reason to do so. This is a particularly delightful story by one of my favorite vintage writers.This collection also introduced me to several writers new to me, and I’ll be looking for books by at least two of them. I value these British Library collections for the literary discoveries they help me make.On the other hand, there were a couple of stories that either bored or annoyed me intensely. I skimmed through those. I realize it’s not possible to please everyone all of the time.The stories are certainly diverse, from suspicious drownings to overt murders. There are some exotic murder methods and weapons — always fun. The sleuths are as diverse as the crimes, from the sharp police inspector to the gentleman sleuth whose servant is a robot he built himself!So for me there were more high points than low point in this collection. And I very much appreciated the write-ups about the authors prefacing each story.

Editor Martin Edwards has collected short stories dealing with water of all sorts: oceans, rivers, canals, even swimming pools.Deep Waters has some real gems. I enjoyed “The Swimming Pool” by H.C. Bailey so much that I bought his Call Mr. Fortune (1920) so I could enjoy more about Reggie Fortune, a curmudgeonly medical examiner long before Quincy. Edwards includes “Man Overboard” by Edmund Crispin, author of the fabulous Gervaise Fen novels, which I love. The riveting “Four Friends and Death” comes from Christopher St. John Sprigg, who died in World War I after too brief a career. (I heartily recommend his Death of an Airman.) Michael Innes pens a short story “Death by Water” featuring his popular detective, Inspector John Appleby. C.S. Forester (yes, the Horatio Hornblower guy) contributes the ironic “The Turning of the Tide,” while some relatively unknown writers reveal their depths with some pretty good reads (“A Question of Timing” by Phyllis Bentley, “The Echo of a Mutiny” by R. Austin Freeman, and “The Man Who Was Drowned” by James Pattinson — not to be confused with James Patterson).As with all anthologies, there are some mediocrities. The anthology also contains Sherlock Holmes’ very first case, “The Adventure of the ‘Gloria Scott,’” a so-so effort from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle himself. But not a single short story was a dud, quite an accomplishment in itself.In the interest of full disclosure, I received this book from NetGalley, British Library and Poisoned Pen Press in exchange for an honest review.
